Christmas Services and Opening Hours

4Winds services will continue to run over the Christmas period with some support in place over weekends and the bank holidays.  This includes zoom sessions to take place on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day and our usual four weekly zoom sessions will resume from Monday 28 th December.  For further information on the support available please call 02920 388144 (please leave a message if not answered as we respond to calls quickly) or email contact@4winds.org.uk

Cardiff Mind- Day services will be closed from 5pm on the 23 rd Dec reopening on Monday Jan 4 th  https://cardiffmind.org/
