Do you visit the Pendine Centre in Ely, the Hamadryad hospital in Butetown or the Amy Evans Centre in Barry?
We are looking for service users who visit these Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) and would like to have the chance to shape services by becoming members of the Advisory Group for the Co-Creating Healthy Change project.
The Co-Creating Healthy Change project is a Lottery-funded project which aims to increase the involvement of people using mental health services so that services more closely fit the needs of the people who use them.
The project aims specifically to support the increased involvement of service users in the planning and running of these three Community Mental Health Teams.
The Advisory Group will meet quarterly, and you will receive renumeration for your active participation in the group as well as travel expenses. Refreshments will be provided at each meeting.
