Bipolar UK is the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by bipolar.


The services provided by Bipolar UK include:

  • Support Line for anyone affected by bipolar including carers, relatives and friends. We will talk things through with you and look to find ways forward together. The number is 0333 323 3880 open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We also provide support by email on [email protected]
  • Support Groups run throughout Wales and meet on a monthly basis. Details of these can be obtained by calling 0333 323 3885 http://www.bipolaruk.org/Pages/Category/support-groups
  • eCommunity: The eCommunity online discussion forum is a vibrant, supportive source of support for all individuals affected by bipolar. The e-community is hosted and moderated by Bipolar UK, offering a safe and secure environment to talk in. Register free through our website at: http://www.bipolaruk.org/ecommunity
  • Youth Service: The Youth Service supports 16-25 year olds who are affected by bipolar. Information, support and advice are available via telephone and email. Youth Support Groups offer a safe place for young people to share experiences, learn more about bipolar and discover how to manage the condition.
