Summary of aims & objectives:

Hafod is a charitable not-for-profit organisation that offers a wide range of housing, personalised
care and support services to more than 16,000 people across south Wales.

We care for some of the most vulnerable people in society, enabling them to maintain their
independence and well-being for as long as possible in their own homes, in supported housing or
in our residential care homes.

We have over 1,300 dedicated staff who are committed to Making Lives Better for our customers
and communities.

Referrals:

Referrals are made through agencies such as local community mental health teams, GPs,
probation services, NHS, local authorities, social services, prison or young offenders teams,
housing departments, other housing associations and internal transfers.

Self-referral and referrals by family members are also accepted.
