We help people confronting deafness, tinnitus, and hearing loss to live the life they choose. We enable them to take control of their lives and remove the barriers in their way.

Our Contact Centre provides information and support for anyone who is deaf, has hearing loss or tinnitus. Get in touch by email or live chat, call or text, or by using SignLive, our BSL translation service.

 

The centre is run by people with lived experience, who can help wherever you are on your journey for as long as you need.

 

We can also help you make a donation, manage your membership, or connect you to our volunteering team.

 

We’re open 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Client Group: Deaf people, deafened and hard of hearing people, their families and friends.

 

Languages spoken: Welsh, English, BSL
