Aims & Objectives

Our mission:

We are a non-profit social enterprise providing free legal advice, training and financial safeguarding for the social care and third sector, specifically those who support neurodiverse people (such as those living with dementia, brain injury or learning disabilities).

- Promotion of access to justice

- Prevention of financial abuse

- Raising awareness of legal support for vulnerable people

- Improving independence of neurodiverse people.

Services

We provide:

1. Free legal advice and support for: neurodiverse people, their carers and

families, and professionals in the social care and third sectors.

2. Free training sessions for the social care and third sectors, on: mental

capacity, financial safeguarding and the Court of Protection.

3. Financial safeguarding support: in the form of Court of Protection

Deputyship, Professional Attorneyship or Lasting Power of Attorney
