This group is for anyone over 18 living in South Wales who lives with or has a connection to epilepsy.
Epilepsy Action’s free virtual Talk and Support groups welcome anybody affected by epilepsy to talk, listen and share experiences in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Whether you’re new to epilepsy or have been affected by it for a long time, our groups offer a place for you to ask questions, share stories and connect with other people who understand.
