Our purpose is to provide a safe, non judgemental service to anyone regardless of race, creed or religion. We are a free at the point of need to any person who needs a listening ear.

Services:

We provide counselling in the following areas:

• Anxiety
• Bereavement
• Eating disorders
• Depression
• Anger management
• Relationships
• Adolescents
• Low self esteem
• Sexual and physical abuse
• Faith issues

Referrals:

We take referrals from people direct, GPs, social services, places of worship, CAMHS, TAF, mental health services and parents of children under the age of 18.
