Centre for Policy on Ageing is an independent charity which aims to raise issues of public importance on matters to do with ageing and old age. The organisation’s aim is to promote debate and influence policy in ways which further the interests of older people. It promotes good practice in enabling older people to lead fulfilled and independent lives.

The Centre has three departments: the Policy and Research Department, the Library and Information Services and CPA Publishing – publishing arm of CPA.
