SADA (Seasonal Affective Disorder Association)

SADA is the UK’s only non-commercial support organisation for Seasonal Affective Disorder, a depression which is affected by lack of daylight during the winter months. Information about the disorder can be accessed via the SADA website. Members also get access to helpsheets, scientific articles, news updates, newsletters and email and phone support systems.
