CASS Women’s Self Injury Helpline

CASS Women’s Self Injury Helpline, run by Self Injury Support, aims to offer non-judgemental, non-directional emotional support to women affected by self injury, friends, family and carers. CASS stands for: Confidential Anonymous Self injury Support.

The helpline is run by women for women and will support anyone who identifies as a woman who wants to talk about self-harm and/or self-injury.

Helpline is open on Monday-Friday, 7-10pm and Thursdays, 3-6pm.

TESS – Text and Email Support Service

Run by Self Injury Support, a text and email service for girls and young women up to 24yrs in the UK affected by self-harm.
