The Women’s Centre – Family support services

At The Women's Centre, we hold workshops, therapy sessions and more.

SHOUT is the Cardiff Women’s Aid Survivor Support Network and is an online and offline community which aims to bring together women who have survived or are going through domestic or sexual abuse, or any form of violence against women.

We hold free workshops, with no need to have used our services.

We aim to create a space to bring together diverse women in peer support and activity groups to build friendships and community, breaking the isolation and shame which is so much a part of domestic abuse and violence against women in general.

At the same time, you'll get a chance to learn new skills and do something you enjoy in a pressure-free environment. The workshops include art, creative writing, Tai Chi, crafts and more.
